CROSSTRAIN™  is an SLC developed professional development system designed to educate its staff in leadership, therapy skill sets, and the implementation of evidence based research and clinic practice.  CROSSTRAIN includes online modules and assessments, journal readings, monthly clinic meetings, and 1:1 meetings.  Our staff is assessed monthly in SLC quality assurance standards that include data collection, implementation of programs within our teaching philosophy, report writing, and assessments.
