I have had the pleasure of attending the CSUN 2007 Assistive Technology Conference. Many well known vendors such as Cambium Learning Systems (IntelliTools and Kurzweil), DynaVox, Ablenet, Mayer Johnson, and Prentke Romich. As a therapist, I have always thought it natural to infuse asssitve technology with language and literacy therapy for my clients. As clinic director of an established and thriving private practice, I was able to do a lot of forward thinking in terms of direction for the clinic. As a therapist, I was energized by being in the company of like-minded people.
