Dreams to reality is an amazing experience. Some time ago, I thought all services under one provider in an effort to extend continuity and provide true transdisciplinary action. We began home programming several months ago under the title "Empower the Home Programs" . The goal is for success to extend beyond clinic walls so that families can be empowered and clients can expand levels of independence. This program has been quite successful and is gaining new momentum daily!
